Swift Outdoor Accessible Recreation (SOAR) is a 100% volunteer 501 (c) (3) foundation. SOAR provide outdoor wheelchairs, therapeutic trikes, scooters and other essential equipment for people with disabilities so they can participate in outdoor activity.
